📢 Assessing DAO Community Treasury State & FIS Staking Potential ✅ Motivation: The Community Wallet currently holds 38,865,489 $FIS, with 34,435,323 $FIS available. The StaFi Chain staking rate is at 25%, and is desired to be 75%. To achieve this, we propose staking the majority of treasury FIS on StaFi Chain and StaFi Hub, enhancing treasury effectiveness. ✅ Specification: 1️⃣ Annually, around 5 million FIS (13.8% of community treasury) covers LP and StaFi Hub validator incentives. 2️⃣ The address receiving inflation rewards will temporarily hold funds, with plans to be burned in the future. 3️⃣ Increased inflation could lead to additional FIS tokens entering the secondary market, impacting its price. A burn mechanism will ensure a balanced supply. During this round of staking, approximately 20,688,638 FIS will be staked, with an aim of increasing the staking rate to 40%, while expecting the inflation rate to rise to about 6% from 5%. ✅ Security: Implementing multisig wallets and guardians to bolster DAO asset security.
